I am so thankful for how incredibly efficient and thorough Mr. Burns and his team was in helping me with my speeding ticket. Jennifer, the office manager/receptionist, was so plesent and always so very kind. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and addressing ...my concerns. They helped me with a serious traffic incident! They took the time to review the details of the charges. They did not rush me in anyway and treated me as if representing me for my traffic ticket was important to them. They explained what they could do for me in terms of best case too worst case and ...determined what would be an acceptable outcome. After retaining them I did not need to attend any further court dates which allowed me to avoid losing time at work and avoid the inconvienance of court dates. They are extremely knowledgable and keep in constant contact as things developed via email. They delivered the best case scenario and I couldn't be more satisfied with the services they provided. Also I want to say that the cost was negligible when compared to the cost of lost hours at work, increased insurance premiums and whatever fines may have been levied against me had I not retained their services. They protected my Drivers License and my Livelyhood when I was not equipped to do so on my own. All my previous experiences with other legal counsel has felt rushed an belittling.
