Me and my brother have used Jeff Null as our Attorney for 20+ yrs -- some of the reviews are accurate in that he is not going to needlessly discuss minute details about your case with you constantly. If you want to do that, handle it yourself! You hire the right attny and you have the amazing ability... to give them your issues, pay them, then let them do their job! He has always done a great job for us without having to follow every step and worry (isn't that what you pay for?!)? He is the only one in Fayetteville I would recommend or use! Wonderful man who has even guided me to do things I could handle for myself, for free.....most would have charged you to let them handle those things.

I do not recommend Jeff Null. The only thing he did in a timely manner was cash my check. Mr. Null failed to file my case for almost two months was not responsive to my calls when legal advice was needed and in general did nothing for me except add stress to an already stressful time in my life. I... fired Mr. Null and immediately hired a new lawyer (after much research). My new lawyer immediately began to work on my behalf by talking to the other party’s lawyer and keeping me informed. The experience from Mr. Null to my current lawyer has been night and day. If you want to be left in the dark, ignored and stood-up for office appointments hire Mr. Null; as for his knowledge of the law I have no commit because legally he did nothing.

He is my child's court appointed attorney, and he does the bear mininium. He doesn't keep me inform of how he is going to approach my child's case. He has already convicted my child of the crime before appearing to the judge. I have seen him work other cases for paying clients, and he was excellent. ...So my question is, why not perform excelent on all cases whether he is paid by the client or the state. My child is not just another number!
