Andrew Vining advises businesses at every stage of the corporate lifecycle, from entity formation and capital raising to mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day operations. He is committed to providing clear, business-focused legal counsel tailored to each client’s strategic objectives.

At the formation stage, Andrew helps clients choose the appropriate corporate structure and ensures their corporate records are accurate and complete. As businesses grow, he supports their scaling efforts by guiding capital-raising activities, strategic acquisitions, corporate restructures, and drafting and negotiating contracts that promote growth while mitigating legal risk. When disputes arise, Andrew uses his litigation background to bring a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to conflict resolution, earning the trust of clients who value his steady judgment and practical insight.

Beyond his corporate practice, Andrew represents clients in real estate transactions. His current real estate work primarily focuses on commercial leasing, though he has also supported several commercial property acquisitions across multiple states. As part of the acquisition process, he has reviewed and revised loan documents, including playing a lead role in drafting loan documents for a secured bridge loan to a local brewery.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, playing golf, and cheering on the LSU Tigers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Chicago Bears.
