I had a few scheduled meetings with Mr Yandle and team to review the details of my situation and they are very knoledgeable and did not lead me astray. Helped with filling out everything for my situation and have official...ly been able to get my tax matter in the right direction. If I ever have another issue like this again they will be the first I reach out for assistance.

I received notification from the IRS on some significant back taxes owed. I was referred to Rick through my employer’s legal benefit service. Rick responded immediately, explained the exact nature of the IRS’ request and provided me confidence in exactly how he would respond on my behalf. I forwarded... the documentation he requested and within 48 hours he had sent my response to the IRS. My liability was reduced to a much less significant amount. I appreciated Rick’s prompt communication and knowledgeable explanation to all my concerns and questions.

I had a big problem. In January, I contacted Rick after the IRS informed me that I owed a large sum (approaching 6 digits). I was certain they were in error but the tone and confusing calculations on their correspondence created doubt. I was already thinking about liquidating assets to cover the bill, but Rick assured me that we should try again. The IRS acknowledged our second response and said they would respond within 60 days. By now it's summer and I am sweating more than ever. Then a letter arrives from the IRS indicating that they had reviewed and found that I did not owe anything. In fact, they calculated that they actually owed me a small refund. Without Rick, if I was acting on my own, I would have caved and paid what the IRS said. I am very grateful for Rick's advice and persistence. He knew how to phrase the response in a manner that resulted in a very satisfactory outcome.
