My company was facing a large lawsuit for some alleged equipment damage in early August, so I reached out to one of my long-time colleagues and was referred to Attorney Nesmith of The Nesmith Firm. Since my case was already in the judgement phase I was stressed, frustrated, and a ball of nerves at th...e consultation; however, Attorney Nesmith did an amazing job of calming me down and getting the information we would need to have a successful case. She was direct, thorough, attentive, professional, and most of all patient. Which I appreciate the greatest out of everything else.
