If you are charged, then you will go to court and the court will be juvenile court. It is unlikely that you will be detained or go to jail....

A permit is not the same as a license, so you are an unlicensed driver. If you already had your license, there would be no need for a road test.

She may but it is highly unlikely. The law tends to protect such people so that they will always be encouraged to report crimes like these.
