Highly recommend

Elizabeth did a great job representing me in 2 personal injury cases. I was very pleased with her representation and the settlements. She was very responsive, conscientious, and detailed in both cases. She explained the various scenarios and possible results well and was very experienced.

Poor

Elizabeth handled a car accident personal injury case and pushed as hard as she could to settle because she did not want to litigate out of her own interests and not mine. In the end i took a small settlement that barely covered the out of pocket medical expenses i had and i was not even healed. Now ...i am continuing to pay for MRIs and different expenses for my injured back to this day due to the accident. Would not reccommend unless you want a rushed settlement from a "discount" lawyer. One of the worst choices i have made that is going to impact my health and finances for the rest of my lifs.

A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution, I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say, I do not think this is a fair or accurate representation of the services provided. Many very satisfied clients have been in the same position with the same choices. These situations can be tragic and are certainly unfair. Often health insurance is eventually obtained to alleviate the costs of treatment. However, that does not compensate for life-long pain one may suffer from injury. In some instances, no amount of money, even if it could be obtained, can compensate for physical pain. For this, I am very sorry.

Justice for Complex Real Estate Issues

Elizabeth took a very difficult real estate case for us during the peak of the financial crisis. Many attorneys would not look at the case because they knew it would be time comsuming and complex. While many other attorneys would not talk with us...Elizabeth listened. She did hours and hours of re...search and worked to get our company the beginnings of a resolution to our problem. She was responsive and gave us realistic expectations as to a settlement of our problems. We would use her again ost likely will very soon.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
