PLEASE READ DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM LET ME EXPLAIN.. I got in accident on Jan 19 on 21 I hired this William harding for my case they looked at my police report they send me to physical therapy I have call them 4 times receptionist told me they going to call me which they never did after finishin...g my physical therapy I call they receptionist she said we withdraw from your case she was very rude now this time they let me talk to the attorney what??? I ask who is going to pay for this physical therapy and why did not you tell me anything he said we sent you a letter they never did no call no communication at all friends do not hire this law firm suppose to be a lawyer bunch of illiterate what I wrote is 100% truth

Our experience with Mr. Harding was informative, but it’s a conversation we could have had over the phone. When I initially called in and explained my husband’s accident I was told by the secretary she spoke to Mr. Harding and he said he would take the case. My husband is wheelchair bound since the a...ccident and we live 3 flights up. So getting him out and in the car to drive to an office that was not wheelchair accessible nor the building just to be told the NC laws and why he can’t take the case was a waist of our time. Once he told us he wouldn’t take our case he rushed to get us out even picked up a phone call while we still had questions as if our time was up. He never lifted his head up to even acknowledge me or my question. We understand because you we were not a win and no money would be won because of the laws here in NC were nothing to you. It was waisted time to sit and fill out paperwork and have to relive the whole nightmare all over again to be told you couldn’t help us. The police report was not even accurate and his secretary pointed out several discrepancies but he never looked at it. This has been a true nightmare and I pray no one has to go through what we have. Sorry we moved to NC

I hired William Harding thinking that he would resolve my case fast being that it was so cut an dry an the insurance took responsibility for there driver hitting me it should go pretty quick right well people Im still waiting worst lawyer ever this dude lies an has a good talk game believe that peop...le because at the end of the day lawyers lie my wreck happened in 2017 people an it’s 2019 two an a half years later an I still waiting it’s so funny because I hired a trash lawyer who will just sit on your case an want even tell you anything an hiring him is like hiring a ghost so take the time an really find a better lawyer then this guy because this is a sucker who tells you if you have a phone you have a lawyer yeah he’s right a lawyer who want do nothing for you but waste time an more time trust this is all facts so if you acquire this guy you will regret it. In speaking with Attorney Harding, he stated a lot if things he would do, once I hired him. He failed to assist me with my case. This was not a high profile case, but he accepted to represent me. Accident happened when I was hit in the rear and pushed into the car in front of me. I loss finances on ...my job and due to his lack of representation, none of my medical expenses were paid. When statute was close to ending, I asked that he persue the case, so my medical bills would be paid, I never heard anything from him. I am now stuck with all bills incurred and injury still gives me problems. He advertises, if you got a phone, you got a lawyer. This is false advertising. Would NOT recommend this lawyer to anyone!!
