Never again!
I as well was not impressed with my services. She charged me too much for the amount of work that she was actually doing or said she was doing. I see the previous post so I know, I am not the only one who she has treated this way. So like they said, "beware!"

Replied last March 20, 2015As you did not leave your name I can't address your specific concern. However, we have written fee agreements that explain in detail how billing works and we send weekly, detailed billing statements where you can see the work that has been performed. The best time to raise these concerns is during the billing process, not some time later, anonymously. I would also be interested to know if you actually paid the fees or if you are a receivable.
