If his son was under 18 when you married, you can file a petition on his behalf. If not, he will have to wait until your husband can petition.

Yes, there is no requirement that you apply for travel authorization. It's just a notation on the EAD.

It is a separate fee to actually produce the green card. If you don't pay it, the green card will not be issued.

It can take USCIS several weeks to get the new address in their computer system.
Can I still use my approved I130 after a year of receiving a termination notice from NVC or Do I need to file again?

Unfortunately, once the NVC terminates the case, and underlying petitions are closed. So you will need to start all over with the I-130.
