Said he would reduce the insurance to nothing, hardly reduced it at all. I had a charge for crossing yellow lines (which was bs) and speeding and he turned those into the same thing- except the speeding was now an “incorrect tool use”. Which was obvious because there wasn’t even a speed on the ticket.... There was no reason to hire him for the easiest ticket I was just far away and busy. Now I gotta pay 300 in court fees after paying him 300. Not to mention how annoying he was keeping me on the phone for 40 minutes to convince me with some nonsense.

I spoke with Eric about a ticket going 52 in a 35. The court had already agreed to drop it to 44 in a 35. I have a clean I called him because the advertisement said starting at $70. After literally being on the phone for an hour listening to him talk...he quoted me $550 if I make payments and $350... if I pay today. This did NOT include court fees, only the lawyer fees. I told him that his fee said starting at $70 and already had someone that would do it for $150. He started negotiating and quoted me $140. I said no and hung up. Called Keith Booker & Assoc was on phone for less than 5 minutes and it was $70 for attorney fee and $20 for the driving record. $90 total, plus my court fees. Needless to say Keith got my business

Eric is a wonderful lawyer with excellent communication about your case. He was very courteous from the moment me and my grandson contacted him. We never had to even set foot in his office or court. We were able to give him everything he needed about our traffic violation charges online and by phone ...communication. He got our case settled with no charges from court and no points. So he actually got our charges dropped. I couldn't believe it. Eric's fees are hard to believe with all he has done with my case. He saved me lots of time and money. I highly recommend him.
