I was very unhappy with Lee's services. To many grievances too list. I was railroaded into a lien without reviewing the case. I got counter sued his Father helped with the case. I was also not happy with his Father did not keep his word. I repetitively asked to get my Ins. Co. involved they ignored m...y emails and phone calls on the subject. I finally got Ins. Co. involved. I repetitively asked to write a letter to Ins. Commission so my Ins. Co. could get involved. I was ignored by Lee. I had Lee write a letter to the Ins. Co. I was charged over $1000 for the letter and was billed 3 hrs. for research. Why was I charged 3 hrs. for research when Lee specialized in Construction Litigation. I was charged for Lee getting a education on the area he specialized in. I was billed many different rates Up to $316.00 an hr for very poor results from a 4 yr lawyer who had only been to court on a case once. I ended up getting charged over $20,000 and the Insurance co. Lawyer settled the case. While Lee was there with Ins. Lawyer and charged me the whole time for doing virtually nothing. Also Lee did not need to be there. I could write a long list of grievances I had against this Lawyer. Was also told I could sell the property I had a Lien on. I figured out quickly it could be bonded out. I felt like they wanted it to go to court so they could collect more money from me. I got good communication from the firm when they wanted me to pay the Invoice. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I would not recommend this Lawyer obviously.
