I have had horrible service from Ms. Newton. My case was very simple and I had to stay on top of them every step of the way. The most recent trouble began when I made a doctors appointment to get a referral for a specialist. After paying 84 dollars for the visit they called me 2 hours later to let me... know that it fell through and I wouldn't be treated by them. I wasted my money to get a referral that wasn't needed because apparently it has not been important enough for them to call me back. Not to mention, if I want to know any information about my case, I have to call and call. When I finally get a call back it is from someone new. I have been very dissatisfied with the service. My case is now with a different firm.
