Mr. Brose has more than 14 years of experience representing parties in corporate finance and real estate transactions. He primarily represents money center banks, asset-based lenders and corporate borrowers in negotiating syndicated, club and single lender credit facilities. He also represents institutional investors and issuers in the purchase and sale of privately placed securities.
