Advise clients on various corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation and reorganization, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, operating agreements, commercial contracts, employment agreements, and counseling on general corporate matters.

Advise clients on various corporate, limited liability company and partnership agreements, as well as other business structures and planning.
