Clerked for the Honorable Raymond T. Hayser of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Court Division from 2000 to 2001. Moved to Charlotte, NC in 2001 and practiced with Shapack & Shapack, PA from 2002 to 2008 and from 2008 through June 2015 was a solo practitioner. Primarily focuses on domestic law and has experience with criminal and personal injury. Have a number of appeals that have resulted in written opinions.

Excellent Lawyer
Richard is an excellent Lawyer. He assisted me in getting a restraining order against my ex-husband, and when we went to mediation, my ex tried to get spousal support from me. We came out of mediation with no spousal support given, and terms that I was extremely satisfied with.
