Karen was referred to us from a previous connection. She was very helpful at first helping us get all of our trademarks in order. We know nothing about this process and relied heavily on our legal team to explain and handle this facit of our business. Karen left her company to start this one. Since ...that change the support we recieved also changed. Our communication all but ceased. After several unanswered emails my business partner got salty, instead of owning the communication issue as mutual she threatened to "fire us". After talking her off a ledge we continued our relationship but with little to no communication. I sent over 20 unanswered emails trying to pay a bill that she said she sent but was never received. Even after multiple emails expressing that we haven't received tje bill no phone call to us was ever returned. You would think she wanted the money. Finally I called her office and just hit numbers until I got someone to accept my payment. Margaux was great! However there was an issue with our card which caused a fine because we missed deadline. I didn't fully understand what happened since I am missing info from Karen but instead of helping me get this paid she fired us again. I would not recommend working with her unless you know the TM process ama just need someone with a legal stamp to do it for you. She did not give us the impression that she cares to be anything but a legal stamp for her clients as she does the ball on us more times than I can count. Now with no reason we are left with 8 days to find someone to renew our TM before we lose it instead of her just taking our new card info.
