If referring to litigation loans, those normally aren't a great idea and at least in NC are subject to restrictions.

Probably best to speak with attorney up there. States generally share information now, so it may be necessary to obtain some sort of clearance...
Hurt on job had MRI done. MRI show mild cervical spondylosis.

You can possibly swear out warrants. Might make sense to take a look at possibility of 50B restraining order.
