very thoughtful

I met with Brittany to get a divorce when I wasn't sure what I was going to do because I have several children and didn't want them to get seperated from me. I didn't know how much she was going to cost me because I have heard a lot of attorneys charge a lot of money and she never pressured me to pay... anything and told me just to take some time to think about everything that she told me and if it was what I really wanted to do. She was very honest and was very thoughtful and nice and I felt like she really listened to me and wanted to help me even when she said there were some things that she couldn't do or that weren't allowed by the judges. I decided not to seperate right now because of my kids but if I do in the future she is definetely the attorney that I will use. I really liked talking to her and it was very rellieving.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
