I knew Mr Greene was my lawyer from the first time we met. He is extremely down to earth and has a quiet confidence that is very positive. He always had time for my questions no matter how big or small. Once he heard my side of things and once I presented my evidence he told me from that point he wou...ld get it done....not in a way to pacify but extremely confident and not to worry kind of way. Mr. Greene represented me, while I was being charged for assault on a female. I had a previous civil court date with the acuser where a protective order had been dismissed. Mr. Greene was successfully able to illustrate our argument to the judge that the acusers story had changed multiple times, a...s well as there admission to other circumstances pertaining to the altercation. The DA had no case and there witness did not show up for a second time in a row. The DA tried to get a contuinence which would of cost me even more time off of work. Mike has many years of experience and it showed when he made the case to the judge to deny the DA a request for a countuence, which the judge did. After the dismissal of my charge there was an emotional outbreak from the other party to say the least, we calmly left the courtroom and he walked with me out of the building.
