Linda Klein's methods may be different than your average defense attorney, but when facing a third DUI in three years and facing 3 years in prison, I wasn't looking for the average plea-and-go attorney. She spent countless hours not only crafting a defense but examining every aspect of the law to fin...d any loophole she could exploit to keep me out of jail and she did just that! She knows EVERYONE in the Charlotte court system, from bailiffs, DA's, and most importantly JUDGES. Weather you need help with your first offense or are in more serious trouble like I was, Linda Klein will HELP YOU WIN. She basically got me off with a slap on the wrist and got my car returned to me (which had been impounded and was about to go up for auction). On top of all this, she is a sweet lady who reassured me through the entire process that everything would work out ok (even when I was panicking). I was referred to her by a friend and have since met dozens of people who she has helped beat DUI charges. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a beacon of hope for all the good people out there who have simply made mistakes.

Linda was truly amazing, i can honestly say she saved me in my time of need.She listened intently to every word i had to say,then she decided she would take my case.First she worked with me financially ,working out a payment plan that i could handle.Secondly Linda talked about the different ways ...she could fight my case.And most importantly she won my case ,getting all my charges dismissed.Thank God for her, because i have no time to be sitting in county jail.I wish i could do more than just write a review for her ,because when i needed help she was there for me.

I have a reckless driving and Linda promised that she will take care of it. However, she never went to my court date . I called her office and she claimed that she went to the court before my court date and solved the case. I believed her first and waited 2 weeks until I received a FTA notice from DM...V. I went to the court meself, pulled my file, and confirmed that the citation is still outstanding. I would not recommend her to anyone. I now have to hire another lawyer to work on my case. It was just waiting time and money.

Ms. Klein worked some loopholes instead of trying my case which I felt we had a fair chance in winning. She told me the loophole would make 2 DUIs count as 1. When I went to get my license back I found the DMV didn't agree and had to wait several more years to get it back. I tried contacting Ms. Klei...n and her office several times about this and was told I would receive a call back but NEVER did.
