I would recommend speaking to a lawyer, that ticket could most likely be dismissed, based on age. Talk to a lawyer, before you pay.

It sounds like you may have some viable defenses. You could possiby go to jail and a criminal record for the rest of your life. Talk with a lawyer.

It is on your record until it is expunged. It just says dismissed. It takes closer to 8 months to have it removed, at the current rate of processing.
