About Dexter
Biography
In 2004, Attorney Dexter Benoit started his legal career in Chicago after graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law. He focused on personal injury from the get-go, but at the time he primarily defended large medical institutions and insurance companies convicted of wrongdoing. He quickly realized his true passion was helping the people who had been injured, not the institutions responsible for accidents. He relocated to Charlotte and opened Benoit Law Firm, PLLC in 2011. Since then he has won large settlements, including those that brought in over a million dollars, for clients in North Carolina. When he is not in his office or the courtroom, Dexter is actively involved in several local organizations committed to assisting those victimized by other’s negligence.
