David R. Lange

Hiring David Lange was the biggest mistake I could have made. He completely sold me out in court, rushed me through the process, and ignored everything we had previously discussed. Initially, he assured me that my case would either get dismissed or, worst-case scenario, we’d fight it at trial. That t...urned out to be a complete lie. Before the hearing, we spoke to the officer, who was willing to drop my case. But instead of securing that outcome, David took the DA into a back room and came out pushing me to accept a plea deal—the same deal I had already rejected a year ago! I never agreed to it, and yet, there he was, rushing me in front of the judge with no explanation or warning. To make matters worse, he had me go out of my way to get three character reference letters and write an entire personal statement that he claimed he would present to the DA. He never even bothered to use them. All that time and effort was completely wasted because David couldn’t be bothered to do his job. Throughout the entire process, he was impossible to reach. Any time I managed to get ahold of him (by some miracle), he was dismissive, rude, and literally told me, “I don’t care,” when I expressed my concerns. Then, on the day of my hearing, he had the audacity to show up late and was clearly in a hurry to leave, treating my case like an afterthought. David Lange took my money and left me with zero support, zero communication, and a worse outcome than I would have had without him. If you want an attorney who actually fights for you, stay far away from this guy.

Every 5 star here in from 2017 and before! I hired David Lange to handle a financial settlement in 2020 to prevent the suspension of my license. Before paying him he told me what services the payment would include and I agreed and payed him that day. He told me for months that he was working on it an...d these things take awhile. I was naïve at the time and said okay. 7 months later i called him to request an update and he told me that i needed to stop bombarding him and that he would let me know an update. fast forward over 2 years later and i try and order a drivers license for myself and i cant due to my license being suspended since Sep 2020. David Lange took my money and did not do one thing to help or "work on my case". The company that he was supposed to call to settle the case has no record of any lawyer calling them. I had to do his job for him 2 years later! He has now blocked my calls and promises to set up meetings (because i requested multiple meeting to resolve this. because he did not provide me with one service he said he would do) and never follows through. He is always "in court". NEVER HIRE HIM. HE IS A THEIF AND INCONSIDERATE HUMAN.

Had a internet blackmail scam that was escalated to a large amount of money. When I called him he was quick to respond and made a meeting with me with in an hour of my call. We met for an hour and devised a plan of attack. He took control of the situation and had everything covered within a day. ...It resurfaced 3 months later but was put to bed with in 3 hours. David is short and gets to the point but he has your best interests at heart. Checks on me every now and then personally to make sure I am all good.

Hiring David Lange was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He and his staff worked tirelessly to help me through a very difficult situation. He was honest with me at every turn and always treated me with respect. Going to court can be frightening but having such a competent lawyer gave me pea...ce of mind. I could not have hoped for a better outcome with my case than the one he achieved.

Mr. Lange represented my son during his troubled youth and did very well for him. I deal with attorneys in my profession every day of my life and I can say that Mr. Lange is one of the good ones. he is very honest with you and will call a spade a spade. he caused me to face the truth that I was an en...abler when it came to my son. My son (Thank God) has now turned over a new leaf and is working for a prestigious national defense firm in Florida and making something of himself.
