Mr. Donaldson concentrates in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, business formations, banking, corporate finance, and private equity and hedge fund law.

His business acquisition and corporate finance practice includes mergers, acquisitions, entity governance and private equity and hedge fund formation. His practice also includes advising private equity funds as purchasers and sellers of business organizations. He assists clients with all aspects of structuring, financing, negotiation and consummation of business formations, acquisitions and dispositions.

Mr. Donaldson's banking and corporate finance practice includes representing financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, equity providers, borrowers and issuers in connections with a variety of financing transactions including structured financings, project financings, revolving credit facilities, asset-based financings and securitizations, syndicated loans and other credit facilities.
