Attorney Rhonda L. Patterson has qualifications and an educational background of a high profile lawyer. Previous testimonials from clients seem to tell a story that supports her qualifications. This client testimony is the complete opposite, unfortunately. Before delving into the details of the exper...ience, challenges of the unprecedented times (SARS-COV2) have been accounted for. Overall, the client experience in this instance has been below subpar. The pros of Attorney Patterson’s services are her expertise in legal etiquette and connections to other relevant judicial stakeholders to expedite client needs. The cons of Attorney Patterson’s services are plentiful. She lacks client empathy, often treating valid concerns and questions as frivolous inquiries. As a result of this lack in empathy she often does not respond to communication in various forms, text, email, and phone. In the event that she does respond late she addresses only parts of concerns presented. Her only consistent communication revolves around payments/compensation for her lackluster efforts. Attorney Patterson lacks initiative in important client requests (subpoenas, etc.), dragging her feet in regards to obtaining information the client was able to obtain through self-inquiry in 2 days after an extended period of her dropping the ball. Furthermore, instead of advocating for clients, in this case she ignored the client’s desires and produced what she thought would provide a “band-aid fix” to the situation. Unfortunately, her solution lacked thoroughness and is still presenting challenges for her client to date. I would not recommend attorney Patterson for the aforementioned experiences and I hope this provides more up-to-date perspective for future potential clients.

I WAS REFERRED TO MS.RHONDA FROM A MUTUAL FRIEND AFTER SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON CONSULTATIONS WITH OTHER LAWYERS. WORDS CAN NOT EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE. HER PRICES ARE REASONABLE IF YOU CAN NOT AFFORD HER PRICES SHE HAS A COLLEAGUE WHO SHE REFERS YOU TO WHOM PRICES ARE MORE AFFORDABLE. SHE'S VERY UNDERSTANDING. SHE KEEPS YOU INFORMED AND IS ALWAYS GREAT WITH RESPONDING BACK TO ANY CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE. AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CHANGING ME AND MY FAMILY'S LIFE FOR THE BETTER MS.RHONDA. I hired Rhonda to represent me in June 2018. Yes was always very professional. Very easy and comfortable to work with scheduling meetings times. My first and only lawyer before Rhonda did not see my interest at heart. That same lawyer already had multiple bad run-ins with the judge over family court.... That same lawyer did not help fight for my rights and child rights but only to just get money from me and rearrange my court order also continued multiple times to get court date continue to a later date just to add on more court costs/fees. Rhonda took care of my court case from start to finish in under 5 minutes. Rhonda is fair and worth every penny of her time and effort into your case.
