Ms. Johnson represented me in my divorce. My husband and I were married for 3 years before we separated. I had two young babies to raise on my own and no help from anyone. Attorney Lisa Johnson represented me in August of this past year and I was undeniable very impressed. Before I called Attorney Johnson, I had become repeatedly frustrated with not getting anywhere with my case, and had made calls to the point of exhaustion. I called Attorney Johnson and I must say ...that not only was she extremely professional, articulate, patient, and caring, but she immediately worked on my case (which needed immediate attention). Attorney Johnson even did a follow up call after the case was resolved was not pressed about payments, nor did I EVER feel that she was more eager to collect a check, than representing me. She sincerely cared about the matter at hand and showed compassion to my situation. With experience of working with attorneys before, this has NEVER been the case. I have never had an attorney that was concerned to this degree. Not only did she win the case, she was responsive to my calls, dependable, and attentive. I really wish more lawyers would be this personable and treated all their clients with the same dignity and respect, instead of like we are all idiots. Unfortunately, not all clients are awarded what they ask for and the court process can be a frustrating and daunting experience. Oftentimes, when attorneys are retained, no matter how clear they may be throughout the representation, the client may feel misled or feel underrepresented. It is unfortu...nate and sad that a previous client had such a bad experience with my firm, and I hope he understands that is not the intent of this firm's representation. But we are a professional legal firm, with compassion, experience, knowledge and understanding. Not every client can get what they anticipate in court or in representation but I can attest that all of my clients get a high level of professional courtesy, and I work to my best effort to represent each and every single client who retains me. To the disgruntled client from before, I understand his frustration, but I know that I represented this client to the fullest.
