Biography
I was born and raised in Salisbury, North Carolina. In 2018, my family and I decided to move back to Rowan County so that I could practice law in my hometown. In 2021, I became a Partner with Cecil Whitley, Darrin Jordan, and Robert Inge. My practice primarily focuses on District Court criminal defense including a substantial caseload of Driving While Impaired. I also handle our firm's personal injury practice and have settled numerous cases including a seven figure settlement in 2025. In 2026, upon the retirement of our founding partner, I became the managing partner of our firm.
In addition to practicing law, I am on the boards of Rowan Helping Ministries and Historic Salisbury Foundation. My wife is the Executive Director of Rowan County Literacy Council. We enjoy attending and supporting community events and organizations and watching our 2 children grow and learn about the world around them!
