As a man with a safe driving record of over four decades motoring throughout the United States and Canada, not long ago I was cited for an accident on the notorious Jake Alexander Boulevard. The incident resulted in my being a defendant in a lawsuit in which the plaintiff was seeking large amounts of... compensation for personal injury and loss of income. Mr. Readling was very knowledgeable about the law as it pertains to POA and explained all the ins and outs of what Power of Attorney means in a way that both myself and my parents who are in their 80s could understand. Mr. Readling explained how giving POA (Agent) over to myself and my sister and ac...ting as an agent on my parents behalf would be in their best interest going forward. Mr. Readling's main focus was representing my parents and their interest. Finally, Mr Readling took the time to Listen to all parties and recommended what was best for my Mom and Dad first and that gave myself and my sister peace of mind.
