Originally from Salisbury, North Carolina, I received my Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Carolina University in May, 2007. While at Western, I majored in Criminal Justice and Spanish and minored in Business Law. After graduating from Western, I obtained a position with Mcleod Addictive Disease Center as Court Liaison and a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Counselor. In 2008, I began attending North Carolina Central School of Law. I received my Juris Doctor and was admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina in August, 2011. After obtaining my law license, I engaged in private practice. In September of 2012, I began working for Ferguson Chambers & Sumter, P.A., as an Associate Attorney. I currently specialize in personal injury, workers' compensation and disability law.
