I was arrested and charged with DWI in Rutherford Co., NC one night. I was taken to the Sheriffs Office and given an intoxication test. I had to blow into the machine. The result was negative. Twice. I went before the Magistrate and the Magistrate said probable cause could not be found. Then I overh...eard the officers in the background say, 'We'll just say he was over the legal limit when he was arrested.'
