James Franklin Mock II

I was referred to Franklin Mock in 2007. During that time Franklin was a rock for me. He helped me navigate the legal world, which I had no experience with, and was terrified by. Mr. Mock was outclassed and not organized compared to my husband's attorney for our mediation. My husband's attorney had stacks of information, compiled spreadsheets, etc. Mr. Mock didn't have anything and used the other attorney's information during the mediation to negotiate with. He was simply not... prepared which led me to believe that he wasn't invested in my best interest at all. In hindsight I would of hired an attorney who specializes in divorce and family law like my husband did rather than a jack of all trades type.
