My first closing turned into a nightmare. Michele and her staff totaly botched the transaction. Delays, delays, delays due to her errors and unresponsiveness. I couldn't close on my new home and had to move out of my apartment. I scrambled to find a temporary place to live and store my furniture. It ...cost my a great deal of money and caused me so much stress. Dealing with Michele was a terrible, terrible experience. She was so rude and unkind. If possible, I would rate her zero stars.

Ms. Vereckey hung up on me when I called her to explain an error on her closing documents. Her firm is basically a "paper mill". She tries to handle so many closings that she allows her paralegals to do all of her work. She provides little or no supervision to her staff. An error she made cost me ove...r $4000 to correct.

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous to go through the process of buying a home. Michelle's office contacted me as soon as they began work on the file, and kept in contact with me throughout the process. When closing time came there were some delays, not from the attorney, and she still wo...rked me in on a Friday so I could move in over the weekend. The documents were also thoroughly explained to me, I would definitely recommend this office for any real estate matters!

Highly unprofessional, appointment times not kept, work not finished when promised, rude when questioned about issues. I don’t ever write reviews but her service was so bad I felt compelled. You have plenty of other options when it comes to legal service providers; my strongest recommendation is that... you find one.

I am a former client of Michelle Vereckey and I would not recommend that you use her services for closing on any property. Connie is very unprofessional and doesn't deliver proper documents as promised by Michelle Vereckey. We have yet to receive documents that have been paid for and promised upon ...closing. I feel that this law firm is sloppy in their work and Connie has given me attitude when I call with questions or concerns. I so believe that we have been lied to by Connie due to her sloppiness and negligence. Overall poor communication and does not deliver as promised. I will not use this law firm ever again. Also, the real estate broker has informed me that he was sorry for ever recommending them and he will no longer send them referrals due to their mishandling of this transaction. He was embarrassed by their conduct and will not be using them again.
