C. Wayne Heasley

Mr. Heasley was my lawyer when I filed for separation from my husband. Although he is very knowledgable and experienced, he is sexist and aggressive, and not in a good way. He has the attitude that he's seen and heard it all before (especially concerning women), making it very hard to have a conversa...tion with him. He lacks attention to detail and does not actively listen. I'm surprised he gets anything done because his office is a wreck and it is hard to get a hold of him. In fact, I have to go to another lawyer because I am still having issues with my now ex-husband because he did not care enough to pay attention to the details about my alimony settlement (per the separation aggreement) even after I used his services a second time. It seemed as if I was a burden to him and that definitely showed in his services. Ladies especially, I would not step foot in this office. Turn around and shop around for a better lawyer, especially one that offers lower rates.
