Absolute worst experience I have had with a closing attorney ever !! As a real estate professional, I work with attorneys all the time. This attorney is not professional, aggressive over the phone, accusational, and rude. Communication level is almost non-existent, urgency to resolve issues is non-ex...istent, we were even told we are not a priority as a client as they have "other clients that will actually clear title, that take priority of time." I kept my cool and continued to be professional explaining my disappointment in the lack of service and they proceeded to yell "well you can find someone else, we will not continue working on your file" then hung up the phone.
