Ms. Thesing handled my separation agreement. She was wonderfully professional in dealing with both my ex and myself. She guided me through the agreement process and negotiated the terms of the separation on my behalf. Since filing my separation agreement, she has continued to negotiate on my behal...f with my ex and reassure me that I did the right thing. I would recommend her again.

We hired Mrs Thesing for a parental agreement, May 2013. Once the agreement was signed by the parents, Mrs. Thesing failed to file it with the court. This worthless agreement was then used against us by the mother to kidnap the child and keep him for 8 days, away from the only family he had known... his whole life. We had to hire another attorney to fight to get him back from a mother who left him with unfamiliar family while she went to work for 12 hours a day. According to the judge,during our custody hearing the agreement that Mrs Thesing failed to file was worthless, even though is was signed by the parents.
