John Francis Hanzel

John Hanzel's office informed me of a March 2018 court date for a credit card judgment in October. I paid the remainder of the $500 at the end of January 2018 as agreed for him to answer to this complaint. I was served exemptions paperwork on February 22, 2018 by sheriff deputy and discovered the Co...astal Federal credit Union renewed the judgment for twenty years on December 15, 2017. Hanzel cashed my January 2018 check without notifying me of the December judgment. He told me if I win the lotto then he could settle the debt for me. I did not ask for a refund since he did complete some work on the case, but I am totally disgusted that he cashed my last check knowing that he "dropped the ball" on my case a few months prior.
