Upon meeting Denise for an initial consultation we felt very comfortable with our decision to hire her as our attorney. She was very open and honest about the cost, application process and all of the fine details. We met at her office and completed all of the paperwork as expected. This is likely to ...happen with the majority of good attorneys though I feel. My biggest compliment of Denise was that she was always available and I never felt I was a burden to her when I called or emailed with questions on the process. At the end of the green card application I was concerned that it had been rejected due to something I noticed online. I immediately emailed Denise (around 8am). Within 35minutes she had been on the phone to USCIS, clarified the concern and called me to ease my concerns and explain what was happening. This was a huge relief and very much appreciated! We have now been granted the green card and when it comes to payment for Denise she is being extremely flexible. She could very well, within her rights, demand that the cost be paid in full now that the case is over. However she is allowing me payment installments as she is very understanding of the fact that I was not able to work during the application process. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone needing immigration support. When it comes time for me to renew my green card and apply for the ten year green card, I will 100% be using her services again.

Denise is absolutely amazing! She helped us through our entire immigration process from start to finish. Even after our interview was complete (and we got our permeant residence card) she still made herself available to us when we had lingering questions. During and after the process answered all ...our questions thoroughly and made sure WE understood her answers. She helped us with all our preparations, gathering documentations, double and triple checked that everything was correct and when we finally went for our interview it was a breeze. Attorney Denise Anderson stumbled into our lives by chance. She was appointed by the state to help our family understand / apply for guardianship for our family member.
