Motorcycle Accident 80%

The first few hours after a motorcycle accident are crucial, not just for your health, but for your legal rights as well. It’s a confusing time, and you need an attorney who understands what actions help or hurt you, how juries work, and what to do about filing insurance claims. Being in an accident is a biker’s worst nightmare. You need someone on your side, a person with the knowledge and experience to help you make the best decisions for your situation.

Car Accident 10%

If you’re like me, my bike isn’t my only form of transportation. While I’d love to be riding 24/7, my life doesn’t allow for it. When I’m not out riding, I’m in my car. Unfortunately, accidents can happen in either situation. While I’ve concentrated my practice on helping injured bikers, I am always willing to help victims of serious auto accidents as well. Whether your accident occurs behind the handle bars or behind the wheel, I’ve got your back.

Wrongful Death 10%

A fatal motorcycle accident is especially devastating to the surviving families. Often times, the grief-stricken family scrambles to get by financially during a time when its focus should be on healing themselves and honoring their loved one. Although a wrongful death claim cannot replace the lost family member, its purpose is the put the surviving family in the financial position they would have been in if their family member had not died.

Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Robert’s comment:

“In 2003, a direct mail solicitation postcard was sent to a prospective client who had been in a car accident. This mailing violated Rule 7.3 and Rule 7. 1(a)(2) of the Revised Rules of Professional Conduct. Specifically, the use of a postcard format and the wording of a statement that may have created an unjustified expectation. This was an unintentional, minor oversight that was quickly corrected.”
