David is a partner in the firm of Hartsell & Williams, P.A. He joined the firm in May, 1996 and assists clients with all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, refinances, 1031 tax free exchanges and commercial leases.
David also advises clients with corporate or LLC issues and has participated in the organization, merger and dissolution of various companies. In addition to his transactional law practice, David also handles and litigates issues involving real estate, breach of contract, foreclosure and other civil litigation matters in District and Superior Court.
