I put this lawyer on retainer at the suggestion of my lawyer based out of Charlotte. She would help with matters in the event my case went to court in Concord. I was able to settle with the other party and never needed her services. However, she is unwilling to reimburse me the money she was paid eve...n though she spent zero time on my case. This is bad business!!
