I retained Ms. Zacharias to handle my divorce, child custody and support, and equitable distribution. Ms. Zacharias has always been professional in her interactions with me. We discussed up front what would be covered by the retainer agreement and she never asked for additional compensation for t...he legal services that were covered by the retainer. I did pay a small additional fee to resolve a new issue that developed during the case proceedings, but this matter was not in the scope of the original agreement.
