Outstanding staff and results

I was returning from Corolla, NC and was pulled over for speeding on 158N. I was clocked at 13 mph above posted speed limit . Charge was reckless driving. Hired Mr. Wheless and he returned the best possible outcome that I could have imagined. Whenever I needed to contact his staff either via email or... on the phone, they were prompt, courteous and most importantly to me competent. They followed up. Something that seems quite rare these days. This firm will take very good care of you and your case. I highly recommend Mr. Wheless and his firm should you require the services of an attorney in North Carolina.

So Glad I Hired Him!

I hired Jay after emailing with him about my case. He was quick to respond to my inquires and was transparent from the start what he could do for me and what I would need to do to get my charges reduced. He was able to get my speeding violation down to a non moving violation which will not be seen ...on my license or affect my insurance company. The moving violation would have gotten my license revoked in NC and put some serious points on my VA license. He did all of this quickly and efficiently. Thanks, Jay!

DWI

While on vacation on the first evening "relaxing" with family I was pulled over and eventually I received a DWI. Jay was recommended to me to handle my situation and I couldn't be happier with my experience and the outcome of the case. Jay and staff were always kind, courteous and professional. Very responsive

We hired Mr. Wheless and his staff to help us with a traffic ticket we received on our way down to the Outer Banks. The ticket was pretty serious and required our personal appearance at court. Since we live 300 miles away we were dreading having to appear in court more than the fines that were sur...e to come. We contacted Mr. Wheless' Office and he responded right away. His staff was very helpful, even when we messed up the paperwork. He explained the most likely outcome and gave us excellent advice as to what we could do to help or own case. He handled the case without us having to appear and his staff immediately informed us of the outcome. Great job! I highly recommend Mr Wheless and his staff.
