Biography
I have been practicing law on the Outer Banks for 33 years. 27 of those years were with my father as my best friend and law partner.
I am married, have two fantastic children and one incredible granddaughter. I am very blessed.
I have a tremendously professional and driven staff. These folks tend to stay with me for the long-haul which is another of life's blessings.
I have been a private pilot for 35 years (SEL and instrument rated). I do not fly as often these days, but my wife and I are drum-fishing every available weekend through the summer. I am an avid outdoorsman in all seasons. If the sun is up, I am outside.
My practice brings me a great deal of joy, but I get particular pleasure from a difficult DWI or helping good folks out of sticky situations.

Speeding Charge reduced to non moving
Very very friendly and helpful attorney. Answered every question and concern I had within hours! Very very communicated. Was able to make a deal and get my out of state speeding ticket reduced to improper equipment. Would recommend him for any traffic violation in the outer banks N.C.!
