What a terrible Law Firm we hired him 4 months before trial we found out about 2 weeks before trial that we had a trial date set he never notified us the aggressive secretary that he had quit none of us were ever notified we hired him based solely off of how aggressive his secretary was she promised ...us a very aggressive fighter in this company but we got everything but that he was completely unprepared we had to notify him of our trial approaching we had to put a complete trial binder together for him printing out everything that he needed from A to Z all he had to do was file a few subpoenas and show up to court we get to court none of the subpoenas were filed in time my witness was given the appropriate amount of time to show up for court they tried and attempted to do a zoom meeting with her of course that failed just completely a mess of a lawyer not prepared non-aggressive no attempt to actually fight and win this case now he is attempting to Bill me per his contract States he can only Bill me monthly for charges that have occurred that month he has given me an invoice for charges that back date almost 4 months the invoice was dated March 5th but he's showing charges back in October of 2025 November of 2025 December of 2025 and January of 2026 also on there were February and March charges just ridiculous that you would willingly break your own contract I fired him after attempting to settle the money that he could legally bill me for that was not good enough for him so I had to relieve him of his duties as soon as I did he is now filed with the courts more lies telling the courts that I am unable to fulfill my current bills basically telling the courts on record and in open court that I don't have the money to pay him I absolutely have the money he is just a thief and a liar he told me directly today via text that a judge would have to decide but that just because his contract states that he can only Bill me monthly that that doesn't mean that he has to work for free on the months prior to a month ago he messed up he forgot to send out the invoices when they were due now as a man and as a business owner he cannot just admit it and offer a settlement what a absolutely ridiculous lawyer I would never recommend him we attempted to fire him twice both times were prior to him emptying out the $3,500 trust account that I had paid him both times he aggressively promised us that he would be ready for trial both times he lied to us because he was not ready for trial he had no cross-examination ready for my son's mother he had no questions ready for any of her Witnesses he was not prepared with any of my Witnesses even though he was retained over 5 months ago he has still yet to speak to any of my five witnesses just a ridiculous nightmare dealing with this lawyer
