Absolutely the best lawyer around for Child Custody

Courtney was amazing. I do not know what else to say about her handling of my case. She is very thorough and will work tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome for you. You will be amazed about her presence in the courtroom. Just an awesome custody lawyer and all-around good person.

I could not have asked for a better lawyer!

I hired Mrs. Hull for a very complicated custody case. She was able to work constantly with me on different questions I had. I had never had to hire a lawyer before and she was amazing at explaining what I had laked knowledge of. During this case, another custody case arose with my other child and sh...e was willing to take on both. She was always at the top of her game. After much back and forth, we were able to settle both cases outside of court. The best choice ive made for my two children was hiring her to represent me. See was a blessing and I have recommended her numerous times. Thank you for everything Mrs. Hull!

Tenacious and sharp

Ms. Hull did an excellent and thorough job preparing for child custody trial even though I was out of state. She helped me rescue my daughter from a bad situation. I can't say enough about her professionalism and work ethic. Her performance in the courtroom showed she was sharp and prepared. I wo...uld recommend her and her staff.

Fantastic Representation

Beginning with my initial consultation through the signing of the second custody order, Courtney has been everything I could have asked for in an Attorney. She not only provided great legal representation, she also blended a refreshing sense of humor and personal touch in what was a very difficult p...eriod of time. Courtney possesses a very astute strategic thinking ability that allowed her to set us up for a successful outcome in what I assumed was an almost unwinnable situation. When people ask (and they normally do) how a single father has custody of his young daughter, the response is always ‘I had a great partner that guided me in the right direction’. Thanks Courtney!

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Ms. Hull is one of the most thorough and zealous advocates you can possibly find in North Eastern North Carolina in my opinion. Ms. Hull is always prepared, always attentive, and embraces a concept that I personally agree with that I call "belt and suspenders". Ms. Hull will never leave your case dependent on one (1) possible theory or avenue, she will layer multiple avenues for success to maximize the potential for a favorable result. I have personally worked with Ms. Hull as a G.A.L. and Attorney Advocate, where she has represented both parents and the Department of Social Services in various cases, and while we may not have always been in agreement with the flow of the case, I have always admired her preparedness, tenacity, and advocacy for her clients. Ms. Hull is a rapidly rising star in her firm, and I anticipate that she will soon be one of the biggest names in law practice in Eastern North Carolina. I wholeheartedly endorse Ms. Hull without reservation."
