Driver stopped on George Sellar Bridge. Driver refused field tests but was arrested anyway. Driver refused breath test. Search warrant for blood sample was obtained blood tested at over 3 times the ... legal limit (.25) and also showed marijuana of 11NG (legal limit is 5). Negotiated settlement reached after suppression motions were filed, but before the motion hearing.
