When the deliverables were repeatedly done incorrectly, the refrain was that I didn't understand the IP process - and that because I am new to the business world, my dissatisfaction with the work was unjustified. The condescending tone carried throughout the process as I was made wrong for wanting th...e work to be done correctly and shamed for the level of accuracy I expected. This was by far the most unfortunate experience as I embark on what should be a collaborative process toward innovation. In the end, I was dismissed abruptly as a client over email.
