She completed everything in a timely manner and kept us informed of any changes that came along. As questions would come up we could either send her a brief email requesting a brief comment or we could set up a Zoom period for an one hour period of questions. Both of these options were very easy to do and she was readily available when needed. Mercy's calm, supportive nature was very comforting. You could tell she genuinely cared about our case. Our process moved very quickly and in the end we were successful in all regards. My wife now has Permanent Resident Status (Green Card), a Social Security number, and now we can live together in the US. I most certainly use Mercy again if any immigration issue would come up.
