Biography
Jack Walker has been practicing law for nearly 50 years. His primary areas of practice include estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax planning, business succession planning, insurance planning, and representation of nonprofit organizations. Jack has been practicing in North Carolina since the beginning of his career. He is highly informed on the state’s rules and regulations regarding wills, trusts, power of attorney, business incorporation, and more. He was also the first attorney in Durham to be designated a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Jack is a founding partner of Walker Lambe, PLLC, and currently works “of counsel” to the firm.
